Our Mission
Steel Fixing Done Properly
We exist to provide main contractors with a steel fixing team they can actually rely on. No agency labour, no excuses, no surprises on inspection day. Just skilled fixers who turn up, read the drawings, and get the rebar in right.
We started this company because we saw too many sites let down by subcontractors who over-promise and under-deliver. Every fixer on our books is directly employed, CSCS carded, and trained to BS 8666. We keep our team small so we can keep our standards high.

Safety Is How We Work, Not Something We Add On
In steel fixing, the margins between safe and unsafe are measured in millimetres and moments. We take that seriously. Our zero-RIDDOR record isn't luck — it's the result of directly employed teams who are properly trained, properly supervised, and properly equipped.
CSCS Carded Workforce
Every fixer holds a valid CSCS card. No exceptions, no grace periods. If the card isn't current, they're not on site.
BS 8666 Compliant
Our teams are trained to the current British Standard for scheduling, dimensioning, bending, and cutting of steel reinforcement for concrete.
In-House Method Statements
We write our own RAMS for every project. Our supervisors brief every operative before work starts and manage compliance throughout.
